First let me apologize for any grammatical errors. I am recently became an American Citizen and I am still learning the English language. My mother use to say: "The worse blind is the one which does not want to see". The sad thing about all this situation (Presidential Elections 2008) is that…after all is done… (Obama wins)…people are gone say: What happened? I was so sure! He sounded so good! To good to be true! This is what I have to say...To much talk...Who is him? Do you really know Obama? Two years in the Senate…campaigning…that’s all! Promises…He says what people want to hear! We all gone pay a very high price for this big mistake we (you) are getting yourselves in… Open your eyes people! Study the situations…get informed…Don’t believe in promises! Look at the person! Their precedent… Don’t you know that “were there’s smoke there’s fire?” We should be more prudent with our choices… We leave in a very dangerous world…very dangerous… Look at the history of this world! We are all living in a “lalala” world, not taking in consideration that bad people are out there, and they are planning right now, as we speak, to kill us! Even if it takes 100 years…They will succeed! And do you want to know why! JUST BECAUSE WE CHOOSE TO BE BLIND…AND DEAF! BE CAREFUL…AND… GOOD LUCK! God bless you all!

Barack Obama's 'lost' brother found in Kenya Senator Barack Obama's long lost brother has been tracked down for the first time living in a shanty town in Kenya, reports claimed.

Mr Obama, 26, the youngest of the presidential candidate's half-brothers, spoke for the first time about his life, which could not be more different than that of the Democratic contender. "No-one knows who I am," he told the magazine, before claiming: "I live here on less than a dollar a month." According to Italy's Vanity Fair his two meters by three meters shack is decorated with football posters of the Italian football giants AC Milan and Inter, as well as a calendar showing exotic beaches of the world. Vanity Fair also noted that he had a front page newspaper picture of his famous brother - born of the same father as him, Barack Hussein Obama, but to a different mother, named only as Jael. He told the magazine: "I live like a recluse; no-one knows I exist." Embarrassed by his penury, he said that he does not does not mention his famous half-brother in conversation. "If anyone says something about my surname, I say we are not related. I am ashamed," he said. For ten years George Obama lived rough. However he now hopes to try to sort his life out by starting a course at a local technical college. He has only met his famous older brother twice - once when he was just five and the last time in 2006 when Senator Obama was on a tour of East Africa and visited Nairobi. The Illinois senator mentions his brother in his autobiography, describing him in just one passing paragraph as a "beautiful boy with a rounded head". Of their second meeting, George Obama said: "It was very brief; we spoke for just a few minutes. It was like meeting a complete stranger." George added he was no longer in contact with his mother and said:” I have had to learn to live and take what I need. "Huruma is a tough place, last January during the elections there was rioting and six people were hacked to death. The police don't even arrest you they just shoot you. "I have seen two of my friends killed. I have scars from defending myself with my fists. I am good with my fists."

See, instead of attacking Obama's issues, the Republicans get more and more desperate, attacking Obama's character with smears and lies.
And yet you see that Obama's "lost" brother deliberately hid himself, telling people he wasn't related to Barack Obama, so people wouldn't know he was destitute. Obama's "brother" is someone Obama is only related to by blood. Remember, Obama only met his father for about a month when he was 10. He was raised by his mother and by his grandparents.

There are email allegations being circulated that look into 3 former Fannie Mae executives who have brought down Wall Street. Franklin Raines was a Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Fannie Mae. Raines was forced to retire from his position with Fannie Mae when auditing discovered severe irregulaties in Fannie Mae's accounting activities. At the time of his departure The Wall Street Journal noted, ' Raines, who long defended the company's accounting despite mounting evidence that it wasn't proper , issued a statement late Tuesday conceding that 'mistakes were made' and saying he would assume responsibility as he had earlier promised. News reports indicate the company was under growing pressure from regulators to shake up its management in the wake of findings that the company's books ran afoul of generally accepted accounting principles for four years.' Fannie Mae had to reduce its surplus by $9 billion.
Raines left with a 'golden parachute valued at $240 Million in benefits. The Government filed suit against Raines when the depth of the accounting scandal became clear. The Government noted, ' The 101 charges reveal how the individuals improperly manipulated earnings to maximize their bonuses, while knowingly neglecting accounting systems and internal cont rols, misapplying over twenty accounting principles and misleading the regulator and the public. The Notice explains how they submitted six years of misleading and inaccurate accounting statements and inaccurate cap ital reports that enabled them to grow Fannie Mae in an unsafe and unsound manner.' These charges were made in 2006. The Court ordered Raines to return $50 Million Dollars he received in bonuses based on the miss-stated Fannie Mae profits.
Tim Howard - Was the Chief Financial Officer of Fannie Mae. Howard 'was a strong internal proponent of using accounting strategies that would ensure a 'stable pattern of earnings' at Fannie. In everyday English - he was cooking the books . The Government Investigation determined that, 'Chief Financial Officer, Tim Howard, failed to provide adequat e oversight to key control and reporting functions within Fannie Mae ,'
On June 16, 2006, Rep. Richard Baker, R-La ., asked the Justice Department to investigate his allegations that two former Fannie Mae executives lied to Congress in October 2004 when theydenied manipulating the mortgage-finance giant's income statement to achieve management pay bonuses . Investigations by federal regulators and the company's board of directors since concluded that management did manipulate 1998 earnings to trigger bonuses. Raines and Howard resigned under pressure in late 2004. Howard's Golden Parachute was estimated at $20 Million!
Jim Johnson - A former executive at Lehman Brothers and who was later forced from his position as Fannie Mae CEO . A look at the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight's May 2006 report on mismanagement and corruption inside Fannie Mae, and you'll see some interesting things about Johnson. Investigators found that Fannie Mae had hidden a substantial amount of Johnson's 1998 compensation from the public, reporting that it was between $6 million and $7 million when it fact it was $21 million.' Johnson is currently under investigation for taking illegal loans from Countrywide while serving as CEO of Fannie Mae. Johnson's Golden Parachute was estimated at $28 Million.
