    This is from a Ph.D physical scientist who happens to be a woman and who has been
    active in missile defense sensors R and D for many years.
    Some comments in this article like " ... these type of operations require very perceptive and deep emotional IQs" - are completely lacking in logic or clear thinking, the dtudents back then who could not pass or take science or mathematics.
    Play and indeed play it is - your tax payer paid games everybody, but we need to advance technology to protect the actual warriors. Looks like under the guise of wealth transfer from the US to say Afghanistan, we initiate a low conflict situation in a place we wish to dominate at the moment.

    Michele Flournoy is the second most powerful person in our Pentagon. What a long way we've come, baby. IT's about time females were more represented in the US military. And she's good: following the Rule of Law like any good leader should, she looks at history and sees the US as a leader in how to lead: i.e. the Rule of Law....rather than the US as a special super power that can do whatever it wants because it's (formerly) rich and powerful. "Doing whatever it takes" is no excuse for bending the Rules and disobeying the Law. She's logical, powerful, smart, and honest. Hooray! Now if we could get someone in on the Health Dept who had clearer and more progressive policies on birth control.
