What a diservice to America if they bury this report.

If the Alaska Supreme Court paved the way for the decision to be public - where is it? We cannot afford a dishonest Sara Palin to run for the second highest office in the U.S.

What a disservice to rationality that anyone could take such an obvious hatchet job seriously.

What if it comes back clean? Something tells me you'll think its all-of-a-sudden totally rational then. Calling an attempt to legally prove you innocent a "hatchet-job" makes you look guilty as sin.

Palin and McCain will always be above the law and yet the kid that hacked her email will probably get time. I am really tired of Palin being able to hide the truth when this election is so important to the American people and the right to know who we are voting for is so important.

The loose and sloppy principals of Palin's governance should not become those of the nation. But I guess this is what Mavericks do.

Troopergate or McCain's censure for the Keating 5 Savings & Loan Scandel, they're both crooks. I've lost 40% of my life's savings and they spend their time smearing Obama.

How come it's OK for Palin to abuse the power of her office, have affiliations with John Birch people (whether or not deep,) associate with a witch doctor and Senator Obama gets ridiculed for having been given a name he had nothing to do with and which has no relevance to who he is?

Jim, You lost 40% of your life's savings thanks to Obama, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank and their minder, George Soros. George needed a rube like Barry to agitate the banks, sue BofA and others to force them to issue loans to losers, and create a credit bubble from hell. George Soros punctured it just like he has against the Bank of England and other unsustainable credit bubbles. Besides giving him many more billions taken from rubes like you, it also keeps the rubes confused and blaming the wrong party.

The more you refuse to figure out who the real culprit is, the more they'll keep kicking you in the rear and taking your wallet. I have no sympathy for people who go through life stubborn, blind and dumb.

Probably for reasons of privacy and rightly so, there is an issue here that is not at the top of the news. That is the issue of a man who is said to have abused his family (he reportedly turned his tasor on his own son). These allegations should not be taken lightly as they are the kinds of things that do occur in an abusive situations. Other things that occur are the victims of the abuse are expected to stay silent, and they are vilified and discounted if they come forward with abuse reports. Another thing that happens is that the abuser makes themselves into the victim. So in this case, the trooper in question who was abusing his family (the sister of Gov. Sarah Palin) is now being painted to look like a victim. He is activley promoting this image and others are unknowingly 'buying into ' it. I am sure this will come out. Sarah Palin is too law abiding to have done anything she is said to have done without a genuine reason...protecting her sister's family and her parents from threats from an abusive person who used his status as a trooper to wield control and now to gain sympathy. Many cases of abuse where there are threats against people are carried out, so extended family members of Sarah's sister were justifiably concerned about this abusive person and his threats against family members. We have to trust that Ms. Palin has valid reasons for coming forward and also when she is being discreet about it...we do have to trust her.
