At that link you can also see the judge's lack of intellectual integrity. No one needs to ask why Weigel didn't mention any of that, because everyone knows he's just a hack.
Here we go. Evidence is the hobgoblin of little minds. You have no evidence, and when that fact is proven to you once again, you predictably incorporate it into part of a bigger conspiracy. so what's the count of the active players of this conspiracy up to now, anyway? So far, I count: The President, his staff, his parents, The government of Indonesia, the government of Kenya (or the United Kingdom), the State government of Hawaii, A Hawaiian newspaper 50 years ago, The United States Senate, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, The Supreme court, all the lower courts that have thrown these ridiculous suits out, The media, and now, another judge... That's an awful lot of people to organize into hiding something. Do you ever wonder if there was a simpler explanation? you know, like one that involves you being completely wrong?

All I'm claiming is that where BHO was born has not been proven. The evidence that's so far been presented boils down to three, very faulty items: the supposed COLB as shown on BHO's site and as supposedly seen by FactCheck (never verified by a government agency), some newspaper ads (don't list where BHO was born), and the 10/31 statement from HI (that doesn't say anything about where BHO was born). None of those are definitive proof.
The only "conspiracy" necessary is one of cult members like Weigel and his editor. They could read my extensive summary of this a thousand times and still think that if they just lie for BHO enough one day they'll be clear of their body thetans.

The bottom of the COLB states that it serves as prima facia evidence of the fact of birth for any court proceeding. Unless you have definitive proof that the COLB is a forgery, you ain't got jack. And seeing that the State of Hawaii, FBI, the Senate, the courts and so on have not made an issue of it, you have less that jack.

Go prove it yourself. It wasn't a birth certificate in the first place. So this is a side issue. But if you can find out what the certificate is SUPPOSED to look like in that year, and then compare it to what it actually looks like, then you can find a great many differences. Its a cheap photo-shopped job. Not even close.

The question of eligibility goes like this: If there is an eligibility criteria for anything at all it is the applicant that must prove eligibility. It is never the case that he gets to refuse proving his eligibility and gets to say "You prove that I'm not eligible. You've got nothing". In no case but this one is the onus reversed in this way. Its a measure of just how soundly the Soetoro supporters have been pimped by this marxist and it clearly divides them into the weakminded within the general population. Let me give you an example.
Supposing you are trying to get through Sydney international airport. Supposing you are eligible to enter Australia. You've got a valid American passport. You've got pants on. You've got a visa. But you refuse to show any of these things. Your pants are in your suitcase and you refuse to wear them preferring to stay naked. You claim that you have your passport but refuse point blank to show it. Same with your visa. From this story we see a couple of things.
1. The story is so ridiculous though it is a near perfect analogy, that we can say that it is not plausible that anyone would be eligible and refuse point blank to prove it.
2. Always and everywhere eligibility must be proven by the applicant. Not disproven by everyone else.
