They are located near me so I went into their office to see the place in person and see actual mods that have been fulfilled. I have talked to numerous people around town and those postings are from one of their competitors that are trying to make them look bad to better themselves. If they don't feel they can help you they will refund your money or if they know from the beginning there is nothing they can do they won't even take your money. There was a strict qualifying process I had to go thru.

Re: The Expectations Game and the Government’s Mortgage Plan

!!! WARNING - Looks like fmafinancial.com is a SCAM. I was just researching the company noted in the above post fmafinancial.com and it looks like they are bad nes. Go to google and put in "fmafinancial.com" in quotes. There are a bunch of negative posts on ripoff report and complaints board. Seems they are a phone room with a history of scamming people in timeshare through bluebayadvisors.com and timesharetraderusa.com

Re: The Expectations Game and the Government’s Mortgage Plan

Scott, thanks for posting this review.
As well as Johny, I too was looking for some review

Re: The Expectations Game and the Government’s Mortgage Plan

It is frustrating to read about those who got into trouble with buying over their heads, etc are going to get bailed out, but what about those who lived within their means, did their due diligence and have made all their payments on time. They get anything?

Re: The Expectations Game and the Government’s Mortgage Plan

I have shopped around a few companies for loan modifications, even tried myself and was unsuccessful. A family member was having financial issues and used a company named fmafinancial.com and was successful. How difficult is it to do a loan mod on my own? I might try this or try that fmafinancial company my brother in-law used.

Re: The Expectations Game and the Government’s Mortgage Plan

@ Scott : I've been looking arround for testimonials for rapidmodify ... cant come up with anything relevant ...
Are you sure they qualify ?

Re: The Expectations Game and the Government’s Mortgage Plan

I just completed a loan modification with http://www.rapidmodify.com on my Chase mortgage. They did an unbelievable job and lowered my payment significantly. The 2 payments I was behind got pushed to the end of my loan and I am current with Chase again. http://www.rapidmodify.com was easy to work with, they responded quickly to all of my questions and got the job done in under 2 weeks once I put in my paperwork. I highly recommend them if you have a Chase loan.
