    Declassify as much as possible and let the private sector IE those with a grievance take Bushco to court. But keep Congress focused on the future

    Interesting that these same Dems that are so intent upon upholding the Consitituion and looking into shady pasts have nominated Obama who wants to rewrite the constitution, and complained constantly about the "negativity" of looking into Obama's associations over the years. It's such flagrant hypocrisy.

    Bush and Cheney should be in jail. But come on people. They should have done this four years ago.

    unfortunately the dems will cover for bush and refuse to investigate. it's always the politicians against the people, regardless of party affiliation or talk of ''change.
