    Begging for practical health care is something a child in the United States of America should NEVER have to do. The richest country in the world just saw a decline in the average lifespan since 1983. (http://www.sciencecentric.com/news/08042228.htm)
    The thing is it was just amount lower, or some might say, median, income families, because the upper-middle and upper class can afford to pay the extravagant health care costs. But I guess the health care system should be just like the legal one in that money buys freedom, only in this case, it buys life.
