    Palin and McCain are showing their true colors in their desperate attempt to mislead voters and steal this election.


    They've both proven themselves to be confused, uneducated, hateful, uber-ambitious, self-serving, right-wing extremists, eager to play the race/gender/class/character/fear card.


    They epitomize everything wrong with Washington politics - they are, by far, the very dirtiest of candidates - moderate "mavericks" they are not.


    They are pathetic cartoon characters who attract the scariest backwoods extremists and warmongers to their rallies and use inflammatory remarks to stir emotions, prey on fears, and even encourage bigotry and incite verbal threats against the opposition.


    They are dragging this campaign and our country down into gutter. They are an utter disgrace.

    I'm from Australia and have been following the campaign and cannot believe that two clowns like Mcain and Palin --could even be in the running to lead such a great country like the USA. The fact that these twi even have a chance is simply amazing, surely the US public can see through the idiotic two clowns. I hope your nation is not fooled by these two fools. All the best. Go Barack

    Wait until the trooper investigation is finished. Even if she is found to have no real culpability, the stories of her management style will hurt. Sarah Palin has an ice cold character and it shows itself more and more. The sign of a great leader is the demonstration of genuine compassion. Genuine. Key word here.

    I don't know whats going on there in the USA but - we are talking about one of the most amazing countries in the world and I cannot believe that these two clowns, goofs, idiots could even be running for president. Then again, I cannot believe Bush got elected! How on earth did a cowboy like him ever get elected? You guys have better do something as Biden said, this is the most important election for you guys since 1932 and you would be 1 million times better off to have Biden as President than Mcain!!! Mcain is itching to be Commander In Chief!!!! In Australia we have a great health policy. If you get sick,you go to the doctor and you dont pay, you give them your govenrment card and thats it. If your working, its the same. If your no working its the same. No pay , free. No headaches. All your family. Free. No headaches. Great doctors. Free. Just show them your card. You guys will enjoythis sort of freedom soon for all of your families too I hope. You will never look back..Go Barack-- I will pray for the USA all the way from down under Australia.

    Palin's act of being the naive Hockey Mom just doesn't work.

    She thinks she can wink, wear high heels and act cute and cuddly. Maybe it plays in Alaska, but it won't work in most places.

    Troopergate is going to be her public undoing and she can go home and stop collecting her per diem, live on her dead lake and shoot wolves from hubbies airplane..

    What you say is very true.. But you have to realize that -- she is in fact running!!! This in itself is amazing,,tat a bimbo like her could be even in the running, Can you see what I mean? We are talkingabout USA not a little island somewhere, The USA and palin and mccain would be representing the USA...if they were to win. Its not believeable that they could even be running, I can't believe that these two are even running...all the way from Australia...it is absolutely amazing and when they talk, they are so out of touch..do they think the citizens of the USA are that stupid to fall for their act???????? I cannot believe they are running?? Anyone can run for president there if they can. Vote Barack and Biden. Ps.. whats with that FOX News?? Get those idiots off the air.. they are NOT unbiased...     I can understand why the approval rates are declining. It appears that Sarah Palin's husband, Todd Palin, is pinch hitting for her in decisions. That means she is all tactical and has little to offer strategically to Alaska, or anyplace. Sarah Palin is showing herself to be all bark. In reality, she appears to have neither the analytical ability nor, perhaps, the intelligence to govern with long term confidence. Why Todd Palin is allowed to have carte blanche in dealing directly with the the State's business should be challenged by Alaska's citizens.

    Unfortunately, the media have once again fallen down on the job in terms of investigating Sarah Palin's background. This is a major dissservice to voters who know very little about this woman.

    With the continuous drumbeat of the Ayres rant, why haven't the media given any attention to Ms. Palin's association with the Alaskan Independence Party(AIP). The premise of the McCain's McCarthy-esque attacks on Obama, apparently, is guilt by association. Maybe this would be a good time to examine Palin's association with the AIP. The AIP's creation was inspired by the rabidly violent anti-Americanism of its founding father Joe Vogler. The central purpose of the AIP is to drive Alaska's secession from the United States. In 1992 Vogler renounced his allegiance to the United States explaining that, "The fires of hell are frozen glaciers compared to my hatred for the American government." He cursed the stars and stripes, promising, "I won't be buried under their damned flag...when Alaska is an independent nation they can bring my bones home." Palin has never denounced Vogler or his detestable anti-Americanism. The AIP has stated that Palin was not a member, and the McCain campaign has denied that Palin ever joined this organization. However, Dexter Clark, vice Chairman of the AIP, stated at the AIP 2008 convention that "she was an AIP member before she got the job as a mayor of a small town – that was a non-partisan job."
    Palin's husband Todd remained an AIP party member from 1995 to 2002. Sarah can be described in McCarthy-era palaver as a "fellow traveler." While retaining her Republican registration, she attended the AIP's 1994 convention where the party called for a draft constitution to secede from the United States and create an independent nation of Alaska. The McCain Campaign has reluctantly acknowledged that she also attended AIP's 2000 Convention. She apparently found the experience so inspiring that she agreed to give a keynote address at the AIP's 2006 convention and she recorded a video greeting for this year's 2008 convention. In other words, this is not something that happened when she was eight!

    So when Palin accuses Barack of "not seeing the same America as you and me," maybe she is referring to an America without Alaska. In any case, isn't it time the media start giving equal time to Palin's buddy list of anti-American bombers and other radical associates?

    Please stay with this investigation. Also she changed travel docs in Alaska to say her kids were on Goveror business so she could charge the state for the expenses...Palin changed the reports after they were already on record.
    What about Talis Colberg, Alaska's Attorney General, will he be accountable in the witness tampering?The Branchflower report was asked for by more Repubs lawmakers then Dems it was not partisan...as an Alaskan from the Wasilla area it is a well known fact that Palin is a grudge holding bully...she fired our top cop because he wouldn't fire her sisters ex husband and then she lied about it...
