There needs to be a standard for confidentiality rather than transparency - our ELECTED representatives should automatically make such reports public unless doing so would clearly result in harm. The wool has been pulled over our eyes too many times during this "war". The president just seems to want to enact policy to make it legal to do whatever he wants.
