Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), the chairman of the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee.." Thinks IMPEACHMENT is "impractical!"&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My god!  It's essential!  the oath of congressional office states --- "to protect and defend the Constitution of the U.S...."&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Clearly, high crimes and misdemeanors have been, and are, committed by this administration!
