  • There's your problem: "Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), the chairman of the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee.." Thinks IMPEACHMENT is "impractical!"



    My god! It's essential! the oath of congressional office states --- "to protect and defend the Constitution of the U.S...."



    Clearly, high crimes and misdemeanors have been, and are, committed by this administration! For congress to stand by and not prosecute those is gross dereliction of duty!



    As Scott Horton noted (No Comment: http://www.harpers.org/archive/2008/02/hbc-9000...) this needs be done to preserve our system of government.
