The Washington Independent: Nadler: Justice Official Lied on Waterboarding

    There's your problem: "Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), the chairman of the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee.." Thinks IMPEACHMENT is "impractical!"



    My god! It's essential! the oath of congressional office states --- "to protect and defend the Constitution of the U.S...."



    Clearly, high crimes and misdemeanors have been, and are, committed by this administration! For congress to stand by and not prosecute those is gross dereliction of duty!



    As Scott Horton noted (No Comment: http://www.harpers.org/archive/2008/02/hbc-9000...) this needs be done to preserve our system of government.

    Liar, liar, waterboard's on fire! America stands before a funeral pyre. Brick-ah-brack-ah firecracker! Stuff it up his arse! Torture, torture, rah, rah, rah! Oh damn, America has become our world's number one exporter of terrorism! Leaves any darn Amerikan prouder 'n stink!

    the good ol' days when the movies were black and white and so were the villains and the heroes.
    the villain wore a tailored uniform with riding breeches and spit shined black boots and a riding crop.
    the villain's cap had a high peak with the nazi eagle in the centre. he sometimes wore a monocle and smoked through a long black cigarette holder and wore a "hacken kreuz" armband.
    the villain would turn and sneer at the hero and spit out through his teeth,"zo! you von't answer my kvestions? ve haff vays to make you answer za kvestions!'
    today the world sees the villain as g.w. bush; "y'all ain't gonna answer the questions?"...
