This war is and has always been about perception.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The problem that I see is that insurgent videos are used for a number of things such as; 1)recruitment, 2) motivation,3) I/O operations and 4) the videos are used to pass battle TTPs (tactics, techniques, procedures) to other Sunni Salafi global jihadists.
