  • Being a victim of beryllium poisoning I was very interested in reading this article.



    I worked as a tool & cutter grinder for Loral American Beryllium / Lockheed Martin for 18 years and now suffer for my dedication to these companies.



    I've been diagnosed with CBD and have received a $150,000 award from DOL/DOE plus medical care.



    At the same time I filed the proper paperwork with DOL/DOE I filed a Workers Compensation claim. Two years later I'm still waiting for a settlement.

  • It makes me sad to think our safety has a price governing it. If a large enough profit can be made rgen it seems life becomes virtually worthless. So sad for us as a species.
