  • Hi,
I was reading your post on housing and loans.........in Florida I was one of the applications that have not been approved after putting the application in the beginning of November...the lender told us not to make the payment on our house everything was going through we should know something in a few days........that story carried on for weeks............now the first time my husband went ahead and paid the mortgage by Dec being told every so many days everthing was going through and didnt pay because of the so called re-finance we are now going to loose our home also........work is slow......not enough money to pay everything........the last we talked to the guy he denied telling my husband to wait on paying the mortgage and now of course our credit score is down...........I ran into other people on boards with the same complaint.........our score is now so low forget a loan........watch out nobody trusts anyone to refinance a mortgage to pay off any bills and carry on clean
  • Homeowner's associations should be allowed to do whatever the homeowner agrees to when buying the home, as long as it doesn't conflict with state and federal laws of course. Local rule is always best and most effective. If you don't like the rules, don't buy the house or condo. Let the buyer beware and be smarter too! Duh!
i for one will not buy a home where I am forced to be a member of a homeowner's association. That's my right and my informed decision. If others want to be a member that's their right as well. It's really quite simple.
