    i think the Bush administration's real fear is that after torturing these prisoners for years, none of their "confessions" will be usable in court and with out them, they have little if any other evidence to convict these so-called terrorists. meaning that they'll have to release people that they have abused in the most horrible way...and these boogiemen will be out there and free to get us. so better to let the next administration deal with gitmo.
