Bob Filner is the Man of the Hour, and I appreciate his fine eye for detail. If change is going to happen, it will happen from within, and it appears that Congressman Filner will be guiding those who stray from that path. Bill" was 'too good to be true'.  This government is like a slick talking salesperson..."puffing" isn't illegal and our own government does this to our troops as if they were the underbelly of society.
