Obama's initial stance: unconditional talks, was childishly naive. Now, having been slapped around by adults like Zbig, he moves toward Rice's rather reasonable position of getting the Iranians back into the NPT regime and getting the Middle East away from the atomic arms race that would most suredly follow.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Section 9</dc:creator><pubDate>Tue, 21 Oct 2008 12:26:05 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
