The congressional benchmarks from last year numbered 18, I'd like to know what was dropped.  From the above I get&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Provincial election law&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Long term oil law&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Kirkuk(?)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Provincial Powers Act&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Federal funding for provincial governments&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Amnesty for Baathists&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Purging extremists from government&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- Integrating Sunni militias into federal forces(?)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;That leaves three unaccounted for.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">bjcefola</dc:creator><pubDate>Mon, 10 Mar 2008 21:31:20 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
